Editor's Note: Former Ch. 32, Milk Inspection, adopted 2-14-1947,

The Mayor alone, or at least two Trustees acting together, can
call for a special Board meeting. Notice will be given by telephone
to members of the Board, as well as to the news media, as soon as
practicable after the calling of the special meeting.
