Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 130-23), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 130-24) shall be as indicated in said schedule.

No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 130-25), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 130-26), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 130-27), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 130-28), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of four tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule VII (§ 130-29).
B. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of four tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in Schedule VII, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the street from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.[1]

Editor's Note: Because of a need for the transportation of goods to and from Seneca Foods on Seneca Street, Resolution No. 1-87, adopted January 13, 1987, provided that the passage of vehicular traffic on Seneca Street would be permissible for vehicles no larger than 8 1/2 feet wide and 60 feet long.

No person gall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIIA (§ 130-29.1), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VIIB (§ 130-29.2), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
