Violations of this title are considered traffic infractions
as defined by state statute and must (except for parking violations)
be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $250. Fines
for all parking violations are determined as otherwise provided in
this title. All fines collected hereunder accrue to the benefit of
the Town.
