It is unlawful for any individual to operate a motor vehicle
on any Town-owned land with the exception of public ways that are
provided for vehicular traffic. This restriction does not apply to:
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any self-propelled vehicle, which includes, but is not limited
to, passenger vehicles, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, all two-wheeled
vehicles and snowmobiles.
