Providing for the laying of a public sewer in the Borough of Fox Chapel. (For amendment to this ordinance, see Ord. No. 23, below.) This authorized the laying of the following sewers:
a.
E. Waldheim Road: beginning at the western intersection of E. Waldheim Road and Delafield Road, and extending along E. Waldheim Road to its eastern intersection with Delafield Road.
b.
The Maples: beginning at the intersection of Delafield Road and The Maples, and extending along The Maples to its intersection with E. Waldheim Road.
c.
West Drive: beginning at the intersection of Delafield Road and West Drive, and extending along West Drive to its intersection with Waldheim Road.
d.
Glendale Road: beginning at the intersection of Shady Lane and Glendale Road, and extending along Glendale Road and through private property to the southern intersection of Waldheim Road and Notre Dame Place, and along Waldheim Road to its northern intersection with Notre Dame Place.
e.
Warwick Place: beginning at the southern intersection of Waldheim Road and Notre Dame Place, and extending along Waldheim Road to its intersection with Warwick Place, and along Warwick Place to its intersection with Pasadena Drive.
f.
Notre Dame Place: beginning at the southern intersection of Waldheim Road and Notre Dame Place, and extending along Notre Dame Place for a distance of 150 feet.
g.
Shady Lane: beginning at the intersection of Delafield Road and Glendale Road, and extending along Glendale Road to its intersection with Shady Lane, along Shady Lane to the point of intersection of two streams, then along the northeast stream, across private property, to the intersection with Waldheim Road, and along Waldheim Road, southeasterly, for a distance of 266.83 feet.

Northwest Stream: beginning at the point of intersection of two streams along Shady Lane, and following the course of the northwest stream, across private property, to the intersection with Waldheim Road, and along Waldheim Road, in a general northerly direction, for a distance of 390.42 feet.

West Pasadena Drive: beginning at a point 22 feet northwest of the intersection of Pasadena Drive and Delafield Road, and extending along Pasadena Drive to its intersection with Grand View Drive North, and along Grand View Drive North, for a distance of 213.60 feet.

Elmhurst Place and Hampton Road: beginning at the intersection of Pasadena Drive and Elmhurst Place, and extending along Elmhurst Place to its intersection with Hampton Road, and along Hampton Road, in a northwesterly direction, for a distance of 562.85 feet.

Amending Ord. No. 12 entitled "An Ordinance providing for the laying of a public sewer in the Borough of Fox Chapel" adding thereto additional sewer lines. (For ordinance amended, see Ord. No. 12, above.) This changed the routes of the following sewers:
a.
West Drive: beginning at the intersection of Delafield Road and West Drive, and extending along West Drive to its intersection with Rutledge Road, then back along West Drive to its intersection with Windsor Road, then along Windsor Road to its intersection with Waldheim Road, and along Waldheim Road to its intersection with Shady Lane.
b.
Glendale Road: beginning at the intersection of Shady Lane and Glendale Road, and extending along Glendale Road and across private property to the southern intersection of Notre Dame Place and Waldheim Road, and along Waldheim Road, in a northeasterly direction, for a distance of 342.87 feet.
c.
Shady Lane: beginning at the intersection of Delafield Road and Glendale Road, and extending along Glendale Road to its intersection with Shady Lane; then along Shady Lane to the intersection of two streams; along the northeast stream, across private property, to the intersection with Waldheim Road; along Waldheim Road, southeasterly, for a distance of 266.83 feet; then returning to the intersection of Waldheim Road and the northeast stream, and extending through private property, northeasterly, for a distance of 284.02 feet, and northwesterly, for a distance of 98.09 feet.

Northwest Stream: beginning at the intersection of two streams at Shady Lane, and extending along Shady Lane to Waldheim Road, then along Waldheim Road for a distance of 390.42 feet to an unnamed thirty-foot right-of-way, and along the unnamed thirty-foot right-of-way, northeasterly, for a distance of 625.24 feet.

Elmhurst Place and Hampton Road: beginning at the intersection of Pasadena Drive and Elmhurst Place, and extending along Elmhurst Place to its intersection with Hampton Road, and along Hampton Road for a distance of 743.05 feet.)

Main Line Right of Way: beginning at the present manhole in E. Waldheim Road, opposite the right-of-way dividing Lots 4 and 5 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending through private property in the same Plan to a point in the center of The Oaks; southeastwardly along The Oaks for a distance of 61.63 feet; through private property in the said Plan to a point in Pasadena Drive South; along Pasadena Drive South to its intersection with Glenover Place; and northwestwardly along Glenover Place for a distance of 206.60 feet.
b.
Pasadena Drive South:
Line A. Beginning at a point in Pasadena Drive South opposite Lots 92 and 93 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending southeastwardly along Pasadena Drive South for a distance of 302.55 feet.
Line B. Beginning at a point in Pasadena Drive South opposite the corner of Lots 99 and 100 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending northwestwardly along Pasadena Drive South to the intersection of Pasadena Drive and Delafield Road.
Line C. Beginning at a point in Pasadena Drive South opposite the corner of Lots 111, 112, 147 and 148 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending northeastwardly along Pasadena Drive South to its intersection with The Oaks, and along The Oaks, northwestwardly, for a distance of 327.97 feet.
Line D. Beginning at a point in Pasadena Drive South on the projected dividing line of Lots 114, 113, 145 and 146 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending southwestwardly along Pasadena Drive South to its intersection with Riverview Terrace, and along Riverview Terrace to its intersection with The Oaks.
The Oaks. Beginning at a point in The Oaks at the intersection of Lots 22 and 23 in the Aspinwall-Delafield Company Plan Number 5, and extending southeastwardly along The Oaks to its intersection with Pasadena Drive South.
