§ 164-58 Permit required. [Amended 3-14-2000 by L.L. No. 4-2000]No person shall begin the operation of dry cleaning without an operating permit obtained from the Fire Prevention Division.
§ 164-59 Operation and maintenance. Dry-cleaning systems shall be constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with the appropriate standards of the NFPA.
