§ 13-10 Section 123 of Second Class Cities Law superseded.

Section 123 of the Second Class Cities Law is hereby superseded to the extent that it is inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.

§ 13-11 Position of Secretary of the Board of Contract and Supply abolished; transfer of powers.

The position of Secretary of the Board of Contract and Supply, as heretofore established and existing, is hereby abolished. All powers and duties of said position are hereby transferred and assigned to the position of Director of Purchasing in the Department of Finance and Management Services.

§ 13-12 Position of Purchasing Agent abolished; transfer of powers.

The position of Purchasing Agent in the Department of the Board of Contract and Supply, as heretofore established and existing, is hereby abolished. All powers and duties of said position are hereby transferred and assigned to the position of Director of the Bureau of Purchasing.

§ 13-13 Sections 121 and 124 of Second Class Cities Law amended.

Sections 121 and 124 of the Second Class Cities Law, in their application to the City of Yonkers, shall be and hereby are amended by substituting the words "Director of the Bureau of Purchasing" for the words "Secretary of the Board."
