A. 
A violation of any provision of Article I, III or IV of this chapter is a Class II offense.
B. 
A violation of any provision of Article II of this chapter is a Class III offense.
C. 
Each act of sale or offering for sale shall constitute a separate offense, and there shall be no limit to the number of offenses which may be charged on a single day. The open, exposed or uncovered display of goods or other conduct which is designed to attract the attention of passersby shall constitute an act of offering for sale.
