[Adopted 6-10-1992 by Res. No. 450-1992 (Ch. 590, Art. III, of the 1985 Code)]
Expenditure of any County appropriations to any contract agency other than a contract agency covered by Resolution No. 997-1991[1] is hereby conditioned upon the inclusion of a provision in the finally executed contract authorized with such contract agency prohibiting the direct and/or indirect use of any such moneys by such contract agency in connection with the prosecution of any civil action against the County of Suffolk or any of its programs, funded by the County, in part or in whole, in any jurisdiction or any judicial or administrative forum.
