All Town fees, including but not limited to subdivision fees,
and fees charged by the Walworth Town Clerk's office, whether previously
established by local law, ordinance or resolution, and where not otherwise
preempted by state or federal law or required by statute to be established
by local law or ordinance, shall be permitted to be established or
modified by resolution adopted by a majority of the fully constituted
Town Board.
