(a) 
The following fees shall apply for lot fees in the City cemetery:

(b) 
For the purposes of this article, a "resident" shall be defined as an individual who is a registered voter in the City of Biddeford; and/or who pays property taxes in the City of Biddeford; and/or who has maintained a permanent address within the City of Biddeford for at least one year.

Deeds of lots in the City cemetery shall be in the following form:
"Know all men by these presents, that the City of Biddeford, in consideration of ________ dollars paid by _______________________ hereby gives and grants to said _______________________ heirs and assigns forever, the right to occupy for the purpose of burial, lot number _____ consisting of _____ plats in the cemetery of the City of Biddeford. This right is granted, and is to be held and enjoyed, subject to all such general regulations as have been or may be adopted by the City Council, or under their authority, for the management and care of said cemetery. In witness whereof, this instrument is subscribed by in behalf of said City, this _______ day of _____________ A.D."

The City cemetery shall be used only for the burial of human beings.

Without the special permission of the Superintendent of Burials, no person shall remove any body or the remains of any body from any grave or tomb in the City cemetery.

Without the special permission of the Superintendent of Burials, no person shall disturb or break up any tomb or grave in the City cemetery.

(a) 
No person shall unnecessarily go on or across any lot in the City cemetery belonging to any person other than himself.
(b) 
No person shall step on or drive any vehicle across the grave of any person in the cemetery.
