Editor's Note: The Town readopted the Calvert County Road Ordinance, and any amendments thereto, 2-28-1986 by Ord. No. O-86-30, and granted enforcement authority to the Department of the Calvert County Engineer.
The Mayor and Council of the Town of Chesapeake Beach, under the authority contained in Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, adopts the rules and regulations governing the grading, construction, improvement, reconstruction or repair of public roads and private roads, including sidewalks, curbs, gutters and storm drainage facilities in Chesapeake Beach found in the Calvert County Road Ordinance, with current amendments as from time to time adopted. This road ordinance supersedes any other road ordinance existing in the Town of Chesapeake Beach. Such road ordinance is published under separate cover.
