A certain document, one copy of which is on file for public
inspection at the Administrative Offices of the Borough of Coopersburg
at 5 North Main Street, Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, being marked and
designated as the 2009 International Fire Code, as published by the
International Code Council, be and hereby is adopted as the Fire Code
of the Borough of Coopersburg, and each and all of the regulations,
provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said 2009 International
Fire Code on file in the administrative office of the Borough of Coopersburg
are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully
set out in this chapter.
