The use of all motor vehicles, especially motorcycles, mopeds and motorized bicycles, is expressly prohibited within Uptown Park as shown on the attached plan, hereinafter made a part of this article.[1]

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
