A. 
Composition. The Plan Commission shall consist of seven members. The composition of the Commission shall be as set forth in § 520-131 of Chapter 520, Zoning, of the Code of the Village of Kronenwetter.
B. 
Appointment. The Village President shall appoint members to the Plan Commission, with consultation and confirmation by the Village Board. The term of office of citizen members shall be three years, as set forth in § 520-131.
C. 
Organization. Notwithstanding § 14-10, the Village President shall appoint a Chairperson, and the Vice Chairperson shall be elected as set forth in § 520-131.
A. 
Composition. The Police and Fire Commission shall consist of five members, none of whom may be elected or appointed officials or employed by the Village. Three members of the Police and Fire Commission shall constitute a quorum.
B. 
Appointment. The Village President appoints members to the Police and Fire Commission, with consultation and confirmation by the Village Board. All members of the Police and Fire Commission shall be citizen members as defined in this chapter. Appointments shall conform to § 62.13(1), Wis. Stats. The term of office shall be five years.
C. 
Organization. The Police and Fire Commission shall select a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson annually as described in § 14-10 of the Code of the Village of Kronenwetter. The Secretary of the Police and Fire Commissioners will be the Village staff member designated by the Administrator.
D. 
Recordkeeping. The Police and Fire Commission shall keep a written record of its proceedings to include all actions taken, a copy of which shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
E. 
Meetings. The Police and Fire Commission shall meet annually sometime during the month of May, and more often as determined by the Commission or Chairperson.
F. 
Duties. Pursuant to § 61.65(3g)(a), Wis. Stats., said Board of Police and Fire Commissioners is hereby consolidated into one Board.
(1) 
The Police and Fire Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the following matters concerning police officers and Fire Department personnel, including emergency medical technicians and first responders as members of the Fire Department, as follows:
(a) 
Appoint, suspend or remove the Chief of Police Department and the Chief of the Fire Department;
(b) 
Approve all appointments made by the Police Chief and Fire Chief, including the promotion of subordinates;
(c) 
Approve competitive examinations used to judge suitability for appointment of subordinates;
(d) 
Approve each list of individuals determined to be eligible for appointment;
(e) 
Suspend the Chief of a Department or subordinates pending the filing and hearing of charges against them;
(f) 
Initiate charges against the Chief of a Department or any subordinate;
(g) 
Hear charges filed against the Chief of a Department or a subordinate, make findings and determinations, and impose penalties; and
(h) 
Hear appeals of disciplinary actions initiated by the Chief of a Department against any subordinate.
(2) 
The Commission shall not have the optional powers granted in Wisconsin Statutes § 62.13(6).
G. 
Compensation. Members of the Police and Fire Commissioners shall receive a per diem amount set from time to time by the Village Board.

Composition. The Redevelopment Authority shall consist of seven members. Two members shall be Trustees. Five members shall be citizen members. Four members of the Redevelopment Authority shall constitute a quorum.

Appointment. The Village President appoints members to the Redevelopment Authority, with consultation and confirmation by the Village Bowl. Appointments shall be made according to § 14-5 of the Code of the Village of Kronenwetter and state statutes. The term of office for said citizen Commissioners is five years.

C. 
Organization. The Redevelopment Authority shall select a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson annually as described in § 14-10 of the Code of the Village of Kronenwetter. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Authority will be the Village staff member designated by the Administrator.
D.

E. 
Meetings. The Redevelopment Authority shall meet at least quarterly and more often as determined by the Commission, Chairperson, Village Board, or Administrator.
F. 
Duties. The Redevelopment Authority of the Village of Kronenwetter is hereby created for the purpose of carrying out blight elimination, slum clearance, and urban renewal programs and projects as set forth in Wis. Stats. § 66.1333, together with all powers necessary or incidental to effect adequate and comprehensive blight eliminations, slum clearance and urban renewal programs and projects as determined appropriate on a project to project basis. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 66.1105(3)(f), the Redevelopment Authority of the Village of Kronenwetter shall act as agent of the Village to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Redevelopment Authority's budget shall be approved by the Village Board annually. Any expenses outside of the Village Board approved budget not payable directly from independent funds of the Redevelopment Authority must be referred to the Village Board for final approval. Any borrowing of the Redevelopment Authority which shall result in the encumbrance of Village property as collateral shall be approved by the Village Board.
G. 
Compensation. Citizen members shall receive a per diem amount set from time to time by the Village Board.
