A.
Composition. The Board of Review shall consist of the Trustees and
the Village Clerk. Five members shall constitute a quorum. At least
one member, within two years of the Board's first meeting, shall have
attended a training session under § 73.03(55), Wis. Stats.
The Board may appoint alternate members to the Board of Review pursuant
to § 70.47(6m)(c), Wis. Stats. The first alternate member
shall be the Village Administrator.

B.
Organization. The Board of Review shall select a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson annually as described in § 14-10 of the Code of the Village of Kronenwetter.
C.
Recordkeeping. The Clerk shall keep a written record of its proceedings
to include all actions taken.
D.
Meetings. The Board of Review shall meet annually at any time during
the thirty-day period starting the second Monday of May, for a period
of not less than two hours, and more often as needed. The Board shall
proceed as outlined in § 70.47, Wis. Stats.
E.
Duties. The duties and functions of the Board of Review shall be
as prescribed by statute, particularly as set forth in Wisconsin Statutes
§§ 70.46 and 70.47.
F.
Adjournment. The Board of Review shall be deemed to be adjourned
upon the mailing by the Village Clerk of the notices of the decisions
on the objections to valuations and without the need for the passage
of a motion to adjourn.
G.
Valuations
made by the Assessor or the objector using the income method shall
comply with § 70.47, Wis. Stats., and the manual under §
73.03(2a), Wis. Stats. Information provided to the Assessor about
income and expenses pursuant to § 70.47(7)(af), Wis. Stats. shall
be treated as confidential and only released to persons using said
information in the discharge of their duties imposed by law or the
duties of their office or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Said information, unless determined by a court as inaccurate, is not
subject to inspection and copying under § 19.35(1), Wis. Stats.
