There is hereby established a Division of Infrastructure in
the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Public Works which shall
maintain and repair the City's streets and roads, including but not
limited to mechanical street cleaning, green infrastructure maintenance,
snow removal, and road repair. The Division shall also coordinate
with utility service providers for maintenance needs, including but
not limited to streetlighting, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications.
The personnel staff in the Division of Infrastructure may include
clerical, operational, supervisory and managerial positions as deemed
necessary within the budgetary limits established by the Council.
