If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph,
sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is for any reason held
to be unconstitutional, or invalid, such decision shall not affect
the remaining portions of this chapter.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent
with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency, except to the extent that any development has
been authorized under such ordinances, which development shall continue
to be regulated thereunder until completed.

This chapter shall take effect after final adoption and publication
in the manner prescribed by law and upon the filling of a copy thereof
with the Burlington County Planning Board.
