The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 510-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the areas described in Schedule I-A (§ 510-38), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II (§ 510-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule III of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III (§ 510-40), attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV (§ 510-41) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule V (§ 510-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle in any space appropriately marked for vehicles for the physically handicapped pursuant to New Jersey state law unless the vehicle displays a special handicapped vehicle identification card or permit and/or is otherwise authorized by law to be parked therein. The Township Council hereby establishes the handicapped parking places as set forth in § 510-57, Schedule XXI.

No person or persons shall park a motor vehicle in and along any street or parts of streets described in Schedule XXII (§ 510-58), except in the spaces and areas designated.

A. 
No person shall park any of the vehicles defined in Subsection B below at any time on any street in the Township of Eastampton between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the morning.
B. 
Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BOAT
A watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail or power.
CAMPER
A separate vehicle designed for human habitation and which can be attached to or detached from a pickup truck.
CAMPER-TRAILER
A vehicular, portable dwelling structure designed to be used for recreational purposes. This includes a travel trailer, so identified by the manufacturer; a pickup camper; a folding tent trailer; and a motorized camper where the camping portion is an integral part of the self-propelled vehicle.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
Includes every type of motor-driven vehicle used for commercial purposes on the highways, such as the transportation of goods, wares and merchandise, excepting such vehicles as are run only upon rails or tracks and vehicles of the passenger car type used for touring purposes or the carrying of farm products and milk, as the case may be.
MOTOR HOME
A self-contained vehicle designed for human habitation with its own motive power and with a passageway from the body of the home to the driver's and front passenger's seat.
OFF-STREET PARKING
A location where a vehicle parks on a legal driveway or parking area, which meets the standards set by the Township Zoning Office, behind the inside line of the sidewalk so as to not interfere with the flow of pedestrian traffic.
PERSON
Includes natural persons, firms, partnerships, associations, and corporations.
TRAILER
A vehicle without motive power designed for carrying persons or property on its own and to be drawn by a vehicle with motive power. The term "trailer" shall include but shall not be limited to horse trailers, boat trailers and skimobile trailers.
C. 
Violations and penalties. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, Article II, Penalties for Violations, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
