A.
All new elevators and elevators undergoing substantial reconstruction
which are located within multilevel buildings, shall be equipped to
operate with the Yale 3502 standardized fire recall key.
B.
All older elevators shall, upon proper inspection by the relevant
municipal authorities, change their elevator key and lock system and
install the Yale 3502 standardized fire recall key.
