Pursuant to Section II of the Uniform Fire Safety Act (P.L. 1983, c. 383),[1] the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code, the local enforcing agency shall be the City of Bridgeton Bureau of Fire Prevention under the shared services agreement entered into between the Township of Alloway in Salem County and the City of Bridgeton and authorized by Alloway Township Committee Resolution No. 18-95, adopted on October 18, 2018.

The local enforcing agency shall be the City of Bridgeton Bureau of Fire Prevention under the shared services agreement entered into between the Township of Alloway in Salem County and the City of Bridgeton and authorized by Alloway Resolution No. 18-95, adopted on October 18, 2018.
The local enforcement agency shall enforce the Uniform Fire Safety Act and the codes and regulations adopted under it in all buildings, structures and premises within the Township of Alloway, other than owner-occupied one- and two-family dwellings used exclusively for dwelling purposes and buildings, structures, and premises owned or operated by the federal government, interstate agencies, or the State of New Jersey, and shall faithfully comply with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Safety Act and the Uniform Fire Code.
The local enforcing agency established by § 62-2 of this chapter shall carry out the periodic inspections of life hazard uses required by the Uniform Fire Code on behalf of the Commissioner of Community Affairs.
The local enforcing agency established by § 62-2 of this chapter shall interact and cooperate with the Alloway Township Fire Company and its Fire Chief, who shall, in turn, report to the Alloway Township Committee.
A. 
The Fire Official appointed by the City of Bridgeton shall serve Alloway Township pursuant to the shared services agreement mentioned above.
B. 
Term of office. Pursuant to the aforementioned shared services agreement, the Fire Official shall serve for the term set by the City of Bridgeton.
C. 
Inspectors and employees. Such inspectors and other employees as may be necessary shall be appointed by the City of Bridgeton pursuant to the shared services agreement.
D. 
Removal from office. Inspectors and other employees of the enforcing agency and the Fire Official shall be subject to removal by the City of Bridgeton under applicable Bridgeton ordinances.
Pursuant to Sections 15 and 17 of the Uniform Fire Safety Act, any person aggrieved by any order of the local enforcing agency (or agencies) shall have the right to appeal to the Construction Board of Appeals of Salem County.
A. 
The annual registration fee for life hazard uses shall be in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code of the State of New Jersey.
B. 
The application fee for a permit shall be in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code of the State of New Jersey.
C. 
Non-life-hazard uses.
(1) 
In addition to the registrations required by the Uniform Fire Code, the following non-life-hazard uses shall register with the Bureau of Fire Prevention. These uses shall be inspected once per year and shall pay an annual fee as set forth below:

D. 
Agricultural uses.

Given the limited and specialized use, registration fees relating to farms or strictly agricultural use shall not exceed $100 on an individual farm or property.
