A code regulating the emission of smoke from fuel-burning equipment,
internal combustion engines, open fires and stacks or chimneys and
providing for the inspection of fuel-burning equipment is hereby established
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6. A copy of the code is
annexed to and made a part of this chapter without the inclusion of
the text.
The code established and adopted by this chapter is known as
the "Smoke Control Code of New Jersey (1953)."
Three copies of the Smoke Control Code of New Jersey (1953)
shall be placed on file in the office of the Clerk and shall remain
there for the use and examination by the public.
