No person shall carry a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe, or
use any tobacco product within any building owned by the Township
of Fredon.
The words "use any tobacco product" shall specifically mean
carrying a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe, smoking, chewing snuff,
chewing tobacco or tobacco products, or taking or pinching snuff.
This prohibition shall not apply in any area clearly defined
by a written resolution adopted by a majority vote of the Township
Committee of the Township of Fredon, and only after that clearly defined
area has been clearly posted "Smoking Permitted In This Area" in accordance
with the written resolution adopted by the Township Committee.
