The rules and regulations herein set forth apply to the water source defined in Article
I and any other water supply source which now or hereafter may discharge into the water source for the village water system.
No individual, corporation, business entity or state political
subdivision may perform any act or grant any permit or approval resulting
in the contravention of the standards for raw water quality as contained
in the Public Health Law and the Rules and Regulations of the State
of New York and the New York State Health Department.
The violation of any rule or regulation contained in this Article
is a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, is punishable
by a fine not exceeding $200 or imprisonment not exceeding one year,
or both, in accordance with § 1103 of the Public Health
Law of the State of New York.
