A.Â
No person shall sweep, throw or deposit or cause to be swept, thrown
or deposited any snow or ice into any street, gutter, public right-of-way
or on any sidewalk within the Village from lands or premises abutting
or adjoining any such street, gutter, public right-of-way or sidewalk.
B.Â
No person shall permit snow or ice to accumulate upon any building
adjacent to a street or sidewalk, and no person shall permit snow
or ice to fall from such building upon any street or sidewalk.
