Village of Liverpool, NY Article IV Parking, Standing and Stopping

§ 368-7 Applicability.

The provision of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.

§ 368-8 All-night parking.

The parking of a vehicle is hereby prohibited on all highways within this Village between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. from November 1 to April 15. However, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this § 368-8, the parking of a vehicle in the Village Business District is hereby prohibited between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. from November 1 to April 15.

§ 368-9 Parking prohibited at all times.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations:

§ 368-10 Time limit parking.

A. The parking of vehicles is prohibited in any of the following locations between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for a period longer than two hours:

§ 368-15 Emergency routes.

A. It shall be unlawful to park or stand a motor vehicle upon any portion of a designated fire, public safety or snow emergency route during the period of time the Mayor or Acting Mayor has declared that such fire, public safety or snow emergency exists.

B. The following streets are hereby designated and declared to be emergency routes for the purpose of this section:
