Uses permitted in the LI-BP Limited Industrial — Business
Park District shall be as follows:
A. Mixed use (excluding residential and hotel uses).
B. Limited light industrial.
C. High-technology research and development.
E. Limited wholesale business.
G. Veterinary clinics/animal hospitals and accessory kennels.
H. Animal rescue/shelter/kennel.
I. Planned Unit Development (PUD).
J. Buildings and structures accessory to Subsection
A through
I above.
Uses permitted upon issuance of a special permit, subject to Article
XIV, shall be as follows:
C. Mixed use (including residential and hotel).
E. Commercial and municipal parking lots and parking structures (including
mixed-use parking structures and accessory parking structures).
F. Buildings and structures accessory to Subsections
A through
E above.
Uses prohibited shall be:
A. All other uses not enumerated above and/or other uses inconsistent
with the intent of the Limited Industrial — Business Park purpose
statement.
B. Any trade or use that is noxious or offensive by reasons of air pollution,
odor, dust, smoke, gas, noise, vibration, traffic, aesthetics or excessive
light.
