A.
All parks and recreation areas maintained and operated by the Township
of Clark shall be opened to the public daily from 7:00 a.m. to dusk.
"Dusk" is hereby defined as the time of sunset for the given day.

B.
Use of recreation areas and parks, including all attendant motor
vehicle parking areas and lots, during other than the regular hours
specified herein shall be strictly prohibited, subject to the exception
that special permits may be issued by the office of the Recreation
Department for a specific use during other than regular park hours.

Township recreation fields or athletic fields, where electric lighting exists, shall not be subject to the provisions of § 240-1A, and they shall be permitted to remain open, accessible and in use until 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Specifically exempted from the provisions of this section are any parks, recreational fields or athletic fields owned and operated by the Board of Education of the Township of Clark.
