Whenever the truck scale is operational, each commercial hauler
shall be charged fees as determined by the Board of Health for every
ton of waste material dumped into the Gardner sanitary landfill. Loads
which are less than one ton in weight shall be charged in proportion
to their weight as determined by said Board.
Whenever the truck scale is not operational, each commercial
hauler shall be charged to dump waste material into the Gardner sanitary
landfill as determined by the Board of Health.
