§ 141-4 Annual fee.

The Town of Milton shall collect a special annual fire protection fee from campgrounds in the Town. The Town Board shall establish the fee, from time to time, applicable to each occupied campsite for seasonal campers. This fee shall be in addition to the site permit fee already in existence in the Town.
