No person shall address any offensive, derisive or annoying
word to any person who is lawfully in any street in the City of Gardner,
or any other public place, nor deride, offend or annoy him, or prevent
him from pursuing his lawful business, occupation or duty.
Any person found guilty of violating this article shall be fined
not more than $50.
