In addition to and notwithstanding the provisions of the State
Building Code, the State Sanitary Code and any other statute, regulation
or ordinance, it shall be henceforth a requirement of the City of
Gardner that any conversion of seasonal homes into year-round homes
shall not be undertaken until written approval is secured from the
Board of Health, Wire Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, City Engineer
and Building Commissioner.
Any person who fails to obtain the approvals set forth above
prior to such conversion shall be subject to a fine not to exceed
$300.
