A.
The fees for the rate of payment for the outside employment of off-duty
police officers shall be the current annual Sergeant's overtime
rate and shall be set annually and/or as needed by resolution.
B.
The applicant for such services shall estimate in its application
for services the number of hours the officer(s) and/or vehicle(s)
will be required and shall deposit in escrow the amount sufficient
to cover the estimated hours with the Chief Financial Officer.
