Town of Ridgely, MD Chapter 41 Personnel Policies

§ 41-1 Adoption of policy.

A certain document entitled "Town of Ridgely, Personnel Policies, Revised and Issued October 2009," a copy of which is appended to this chapter,[1], be and is hereby adopted as a statement of the personnel policy of the Commissioners of Ridgely.

§ 41-2 Supersession of prior provisions.

All prior versions of the Town of Ridgely's personnel polices are hereby superseded.

§ 41-3 Repeal of conflicting provisions.

Ordinance Nos. 201, 253 and 268, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

§ 41-4 Effective date.

This chapter shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its final passage and adoption or Nov. 2, 2009, whichever is later.
