A.
The Township Clerk is hereby delegated the authority to approve the
granting of raffle licenses within the Township of Harding. In the
event that the Township Clerk has a conflict of interest or is otherwise
unable to issue said license, the Township Committee shall retain
the authority.
B.
The Township Clerk shall notify the Township Committee when raffles
are issued.
