No owner, tenant or occupant of any premises abutting any street,
nor any person working for or on behalf of any owner, tenant or occupant,
shall throw, place or deposit any snow or ice upon the public street
or upon any public right-of-way in front of his property. The intent
of this section is to prohibit all persons from throwing, placing
or depositing snow or ice from a private driveway, parking area, private
lane, or on the sidewalk in front of the property, upon the municipal
streets or sidewalks of the City.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punishable by any combination of the following:
a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding
90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
