It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a motorcycle, motor bike, minibike or any motor-driven vehicles upon public or private property not specifically designated for vehicular traffic, without written permission of the owner of said public or private property.
The penalty for violation of this article shall be not less than $50 and not more than $500, and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment thereof, imprisonment in the County Jail of Rock County until such fine and costs are paid, such imprisonment shall not exceed 45 days.

This article is intended to promote public safety and support of DNR regulations applied to all lakes, rivers, and inland waters year round in the Town of Milton. Notwithstanding compliance, all risks of travel on waters shall be solely with the traveler.
The provisions of this article are applicable to all inland waters located within, or partially within, the geographical navigable boundaries of the Town of Milton.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTOR VEHICLE
Any self-propelled vehicle of whatever type, description or kind, including, without limitation because of enumeration, any automobile, truck, tractor, motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, boat, airboat, or aircraft.
All motor-driven vehicles shall be lighted from sunset to sunrise by a headlight of white light of sufficient illuminating power to reveal any person, vehicle, or substantial object at a distance of 200 feet ahead, and a taillight of red light plainly visible during darkness from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
It is the sole responsibility of all owners and/or operators for payment of any and all rescue fees and/or cost incurred by the Milton-Milton Town Fire Department, and/or rescue units responding.
Persons not conforming to this article are subject to fines of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense or current bond schedule.
