It shall be unlawful for any cattle, horses, sheep, swine, goats or fowl to run at large or be pastured in any public place or street in said village.
The violation of § 48-1 shall subject that person to a penalty of not to exceed $25 for the first offense and not to exceed $100 for each succeeding violation.
