The Township accounts shall hereafter be audited by a certified
public accountant registered in Pennsylvania, a firm of certified
public accountants also registered in Pennsylvania or a competent
public accountant or a competent firm of public accountants.

1. The Commissioners of West Norriton Township shall, by resolution,
at least 30 days prior to the close of the fiscal year, appoint a
certified public accountant registered in Pennsylvania, a firm of
certified public accountants also registered in Pennsylvania or a
competent public accountant or a competent firm of public accountants
in order to make an independent evaluation of all the accounts and
accounting records of the Township for the fiscal year then closing.
2. The compensation of any such type of appointed auditors shall be
fixed by the Board of Commissioners.
