Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code — See Ch. 96, Art. II.
No person, firm, partnership, corporation, limited-liability company, or other legal entity shall burn or incinerate any household waste in any barrel, furnace, structure, vessel, or container which is not specifically designed and manufactured for the purpose of combustion or which does not control the combustion in all of the following ways:
A. 
Controls the combustion air to maintain adequate temperature for efficient combustion;
B. 
Contains combustion in an enclosed device;
C. 
Controls emissions of the gaseous combustion products; and
D. 
Otherwise complies with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
A violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second and $500 for each offense thereafter. Each day's continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation.
