The parking, standing or stopping of motor vehicles of any kind
or description except in emergency situations upon the following-described
bridges or the approach to the said bridges located in the Town of
Kinderhook is hereby prohibited:
The use of the said bridges by pedestrians shall be limited
to crossing and recrossing same in connection with the use of the
said county highway and as a means of gaining access from one side
to the other of the said Kinderhook Lake outlet and Kinderhook Creek.
The penalty herein shall be as provided in § 1800
of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
