Editor's Note: A complete copy of this ordinance, which also
provided for the appointment and compensation of a Qualified Purchasing
Agent for the calendar year 2011, is on file in the Township offices.
N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9 creates the position of Qualified Purchasing
Agent. Establishment of such position will result in significant costs
savings to the Township in permitting contract award for costs and
services not exceeding $36,000.
There is hereby created the position of Qualified Purchasing
Agent in the Township of Greenwich.
