This chapter is hereby enacted, as authorized under the Maryland
Flood Hazard Management Act of 1976, and shall become effective March
24, 1992.
This chapter shall be amended as required by the Federal Emergency
Management Agency, 44 Code of Federal Regulations. All subsequent
amendments to this chapter are subject to approval of the Federal
Emergency Management Agency and the Maryland Department of Natural
Resources.
