The Department of Licenses and Inspections, or its duly authorized agents, may waive the requirements for any or all plans and specifications required by this Part
4 if it finds that the information on the application is sufficient to show that the work contemplated will conform to the provisions of this chapter.

Plans, reports, narratives, and specifications submitted with
the permit shall be prepared by a licensed professional civil engineer
registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the following
information:
A. Name, address, and telephone number of the owner.
B. Name, address, and telephone number of the applicant.
C. Name, address, and telephone number of the engineer who prepared
the plan.
D. North arrow and location map.
E. Limits of the disturbed area.
F. Present contours of the land and the proposed grading.
G. Tract boundaries, lot lines, and lot dimensions.
H. Limits of all environmental or natural features, including floodplains.
I. Limits of existing and proposed buildings and structures (i.e., adjacent
roads, driveways, parking lots, sheds, decks, patios, etc.), with
sufficient dimensions and other data to show the location relative
to the proposed work.
J. Trees over three inches in diameter, measured at a point one foot
above the ground.
K. Locations and types of existing utilities and sufficient dimensions
and other data to show the location relative to the proposed work.
L. Zoning data table listing requirements, existing conditions, and
proposed conditions.
M. Table listing all existing and proposed impervious surfaces with
associated areas of coverage.
N. Description of the type and classification of the soil.
O. Details and location of any stormwater management features and walls.
Q. Information to demonstrate that the proposed flow patterns will direct
water in the same direction as the conditions prior to construction.
R. Information to demonstrate that positive flow is maintained away
from all buildings.
S. Plan for minimizing erosion and sedimentation in conformity with
the requirements of Part 3.
T. Details and location of any proposed erosion and sediment control
measures.
U. Detailed construction schedule.
V. Additional information as the Department of Licenses and Inspections,
or its duly authorized agents, may require to carry out the purposes
of this chapter.

Plans, reports, narratives, and specifications submitted with
the permit shall be prepared by a licensed professional civil engineer
registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or a professional land
surveyor registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including
the following information:
A. Provisions of Chapter
26, Water and Stormwater Management, and/or the Pennypack Creek Watershed Act 167 Stormwater Management Ordinance, as applicable.

A modification to a submitted permit that involves a change
to the erosion and sediment control plan and/or the stormwater management
control plan shall require a resubmission of the modified permit and
plans in accordance with this Part 4.
