[Adopted 3-21-1994 by L.L. No. 1-1994]
The Board of Trustees of the Village of East Hills finds and
declares that:
Any special pickup fee remaining unpaid for more than 90 days
after issuance of a statement regarding the same shall become a lien
against the real property for which the special pickup was provided.
The Village Clerk shall cause to be placed on the next succeeding
tax bill for the real property for which such special pickup was provided
the amount of said statement, plus a fifty-dollar administrative penalty,
all such amounts to be collected in like manner to Village property
taxes.
