The following uses are permitted in the B-2 District:
A. 
Stores and shops for retail purposes only, including retail outlet or showroom for uses permitted in the B-2 District, provided that no goods shall be displayed on the exterior of the premises, and provided that only incidental storage, including floor samples, shall be permitted and may include the following uses:
(1) 
Grocery stores.
(2) 
Drugstores.
(3) 
Dry goods stores.
(4) 
Meat and poultry stores.
(5) 
Baked goods stores.
(6) 
Flower shops.
(7) 
Confectionery stores.
(8) 
Household supplies stores.
(9) 
Stationery supplies stores.
(10) 
Haberdashery and apparel stores.
(11) 
Hardware, plumbing supplies and electrical stores.
(12) 
Restaurants.
B. 
The provision of service establishments of the following types:
(1) 
Barbershops or beauty shops.
(2) 
Dry-cleaning or tailor shops.
(3) 
Self-service laundries.
(4) 
Shoe repair shops.
(5) 
Post offices.
(6) 
Business and professional offices.
(7) 
Banks.
(8) 
Radio, home appliance and electrical repairing establishments.
(9) 
Watch or clock repair.
C. 
Telephone and telegraph offices.
D. 
Municipal buildings (including libraries).
E. 
Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work, provided such buildings are well maintained and removed upon completion or abandonment of the construction work.
F. 
Assembly hall, bowling alley, tennis and other racquet games, swimming pool and other recreational uses approved by the Planning Board and all of which can be carried on within a building.
The following accessory uses are permitted in the B-2 District:
All uses permitted in § 370-51A through E and subject to the requirements of this chapter and the schedule as pertaining thereto.
As specified in the schedule, § 370-7 of this chapter.
The following uses are permitted as conditional uses, subject to the provisions of §§ 370-78 through 370-88:
A. 
Public utilities.
B. 
Motor vehicle service and gasoline stations.
C. 
Commercial child-care centers.
D. 
Accessory child-care centers.
A. 
The proposed development for a Planned Neighborhood Business District shall be constructed in accordance with a single architectural scheme with appropriate common landscaping. The development shall provide initially at least for the construction of either a minimum of 8,000 square feet of ground floor area or a minimum of six of the permitted uses.
B. 
The proposed Planned Neighborhood Business District shall be served by public water and sewer, or by sewage disposal and water facilities, in accordance with the provisions of applicable Township ordinances.
C. 
The Planning Board may recommend more restrictive conditions or any further reasonable conditions deemed appropriate with respect to the suitability of the Planned Neighborhood Business District and the neighborhood. Adequate guarantee in the form of either a certified check or an approved surety bond shall be given prior to approval of the plan, to assure that all parking entrances, exits, facilities and services are installed as required. The amount of the guarantee shall be determined by the Township Engineer and shall be payable to the Township of Willingboro.
D. 
Permits issued pursuant to this article shall expire in one year after the date of issuance thereof, unless the approved project is completed or unless the governing body extends the permit for successive terms not exceeding one year each, subject to such safeguards as it may prescribe in the public interest.
E. 
Truck loading and unloading areas shall be permitted in sufficient amount to permit the transfer of goods and materials on the premises rather than on a public street or customer off-street parking area on the premises; a solid wall of not less than six feet in height shall be required where off-street loading and unloading areas abut residential uses, so that such operations shall be shielded from view from such residences.
F. 
Parking areas shall be designed to provide for a convenient flow of circulation within the center; dividing aisles shall be provided with one tree for each 10 vehicle spaces of a type to be approved by the Township Engineer; the parking area shall be illuminated by nonglare lighting, focused downward, mounted on standards of a height not to exceed 30 feet.
