[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village

The purpose of this chapter is to authorize certain public servants
of the Village of Bath to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection
with violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances or rules
and regulations of the Village which the public servants are authorized
or required to enforce.
The Building Inspector, the Zoning Officer and the Housing Standards
Compliance Officer of the Village of Bath are hereby authorized to
issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violation of
any state statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation of the
Village of Bath that said public servant has been heretofore required
or authorized to enforce.
