No person shall build upon, divide, convey, record or monument
any land in violation of this chapter or the Wisconsin Statutes, and
no person shall be issued a zoning or building permit authorizing
the building upon or improvement of any subdivision, minor subdivision
or replat within the jurisdiction of this chapter not of record as
of August 20, 1979, until the provisions and requirements of this
chapter are fully met.
Compliance therewith may also be enforced by injunctional order
at the suit of the county or the owner or owners of real estate within
the district affected by the regulations of this chapter as provided
by law.
