The administrative functions, powers and duties, except such
as are by the Charter or general law reserved to the Council, shall
be allocated among and within the following departments:
B. Office of the Township Clerk;
E. Department of Public Works;
G. Department of Community Affairs;
H. Department of Inspections;
J. Department
of Recreation;
K. Emergency
Medical Services Department;
L. Qualified
Purchasing Agent;
N. The following boards, commissions, agencies and instrumentalities
which are not allocated or assigned to a department:
(3) Zoning Board of Adjustment;
(4) Municipal Utilities Authority;
(5) Office of Emergency Management;
(6) Human Relations Commission;
(7) Environmental Commission;
(9) Those commissions and advisory boards that the Township Council may
from time to time create.
