§ 828-1 Applications for variances, special permits, exceptions, waivers and appeals.

Applications for any and all variances, special permits, exceptions, waivers of strict compliance, and appeals from decisions of the Building Inspector will have an application fee of $125.

§ 828-2 Application for comprehensive permit. [1]

MGL c. 40B comprehensive permits will have an application fee of $500.

§ 828-3 Multiple variances or special permits.

Applications requiring multiple variances and special permits will be submitted and filed as individual applications accompanied with a check made payable to the Town of Plainville for $125 for each application.
